Put Gus on a schedule

The Routines screen listing three routines. Each row shows its name, how often it runs, when it runs next, and how the last run went: two posted a report and one had nothing to say.

A routine is Gus on a clock: tell him what to check, how often, and which channel to post in, and he goes and does it while nobody is watching. He speaks up only when a run has something worth saying, so a quiet morning stays quiet. Ask him for one in chat and he sets it up himself.
